Joe Grasso

Osteopath

Dr Joe Grasso is a leading figure in the international osteopathic community and is widely recognised as a pioneer of the biodynamic approach.

His career has been marked by a significant contribution to the dissemination and development of this discipline, particularly through the co-creation of an important training programme alongside James Jealous and Franklyn Sills Hagopian.

A graduate of the University of New England, Dr Grasso studied under and later assisted Professor Frank Willard.

With over forty years of clinical experience, he has built a solid professional career grounded in the consistent and in-depth application of the biodynamic approach in patient care.

His connection with Italy is particularly significant: through his collaboration with Vincenzo Cozzolino, he helped introduce the foundations of biodynamic osteopathy to the country in the late 1990s.

This initial momentum led to an evolution in teaching that continues today through the work on “Movimento Presente” and “Quiete”, developed by Vincenzo Cozzolino and Emanuele Botti.
